Up until I got pregnant with Austin I was always pretty thin.. I worked out consistently, ate okay and you know, was just your average semi moderate healthy person. I didn’t obsess but I didn’t not care.
But Austin.. oh Austin.. I gained 50 pounds with him. FIFTY. I didn’t even know that was possible. I guess I should have realized I eating cheeseburgers and french fries just because I was pregnant wasn’t the best idea. And it didn’t just fall off like everyone told me it would.. they said, “Oh yeah, you’ll be back in your skinny jeans in no time.” What?! No I wasn’t. Haha.

I’ve been continuing this regimen for almost two years now and I’ll never stop. I don’t exercise consistently and I still eat whatever I want. But those two things I really want to change.
They say it takes forever to break a habit. Like 21 days of consistently not doing your bad habit and replacing it with something different, plus some days probably for me.
